Are you passionate about technology and ready to launch your career in IT? Our client is looking for a IT Support & Hardware Technician to join their team. This role offers hands-on experience with computer hardware, software, and networking, along with the chance to learn directly from experienced IT professionals.

It’s a great fit for recent graduates, tech enthusiasts, or anyone eager to grow their skills in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Test, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware for refurbishment and resale.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Partner with senior IT staff to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Document support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
  • Assist with IT tasks such as user account setup and software updates.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong passion for technology and eagerness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Experience (preferred but not required):
  • Help desk: 1 year
  • Windows: 1 year
