Customer Service Representative – Bilingual Spanish Preferred | $22/hr
Location: Westborough, MA
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM (Full-Time, On-Site)
Pay: $22.00/hour + Overtime Opportunities

What You’ll Do:
Manage inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling, account updates, and inquiries
Provide accurate information and professional solutions
Maintain detailed records in company systems
Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service
What You Bring:
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Prior customer service experience (call center or office preferred)
Bilingual in Spanish & English (preferred, not required – but highly valued!)
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to commute to Westborough, MA (or relocate before starting)
