Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily customer service operations for 3-5 months. This role is responsible for answering inbound calls, assisting customers with product and order inquiries, processing order entry, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the order fulfillment process. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders, returns, credits/re-bills, invoices, and related documentation
- Provide pricing, order updates, tracking information, and order confirmations
- Handle customer complaints in accordance with established complaint procedures
- Communicate and follow up with customers and sales teams via phone, email, and fax
- Interface daily with internal departments and Senior Management as needed
- Make outbound calls when necessary to support customer needs
- Handle customer escalations and assist with issue resolution
- Answer the front door and distribute incoming mail
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines
