Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing and resolving customer inquiries based on client guidelines, departmental procedures, product requirements and company policy.
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction, while making proper decisions.
- Adhere to daily schedule and be willing and open to take direction and feedback from management
