Job Description

Join our client in Auburn, MA who is scheduling interviews for their Customer Service - call center team. In this role you will be responsible for answering high volume calls, assisting clients with their request for services as well as answering any questions, comments, or concerns they may have.

Hybrid work schedule, training in-office (1st month) and work from home 2-3 days per week afterwards

Qualifications:

  • Call Center or High-volume of inbound/outbound calls
  • Strong Customer Service Experience preferred
  • General knowledge and use of office equipment and computers
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, Internet, and Email
  • Type 30 WPM
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
