Job Description

Our client in Middle River, MD is actively searching for driven, personable individuals with great communication skills to join their customer service team in their new office space! In this position, you will be responsible for answering any questions, comments, or concerns that customers might have while working in a call center environment! We are making offers for full time hours with a starting pay rate of $16.50!

Must Pass a CORI Background Check and Drug Screen prior to start!

Key Responsibilities

· Answer a high amount of inbound phone calls.

· Ensuring call metrics are enforced and met.

· Responsible for handling any client questions, concerns, or issues.

· Responsible for account maintenance, updates, and handling any necessary changes.

· Prepare daily phone call logs.

· Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

· Participate in QA assurance.

· Upholding company standards and procedures.
