Location: Westborough, MA

Type: Full-time, On-site

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Process orders and follow up on customer requests
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Excellence in verbal and written communication

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Call Center Experience
