Front Desk Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Partnership Employment is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Front Desk Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face of our service center in Massachusetts. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a team-driven environment—this is the role for you!
What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with account services
- Process applications, accept payments, and update account information
- Support office operations by opening/closing the service center and assisting the Associate Supervisor
- Handle a variety of tasks including processing emails, web applications, and backlogged production items
- Maintain accurate files and adhere deadlines
- Prepare daily cash deposits and reconcile end-of-shift transactions
- Participate in rotating weekend coverage
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service (front desk or call center preferred)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fast and accurate data entry abilities
- Must be able to type 30+ words a minute
- Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure
- Reliable attendance and strong organizational habits
