Job Description

What You’ll Do:
Handle a steady stream of inbound calls
Provide clear, friendly support to customers with questions, issues, or account needs
Solve problems quickly and accurately using available tools and resources
Record and update customer information in real-time
Work closely with teammates and supervisors to keep things running smoothly

Job Requirements

Strong communication and active listening skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced setting
Customer-first attitude with a calm and professional demeanor
Experience with multi-line phones or call center systems is a plus
Bilingual? Even better!
