Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:15 PM | One rotating Saturday per month, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Enter data accurately into company systems.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with a focus on quality service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized, adaptable, and positive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous call center experience a plus (but not required).
Requirements
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Ability to commute to Middle River, MD 21220 for training and required in-office days.
- Ability to relocate before starting work (if applicable).
