Customer Service Representative
Location: Ludlow, MA
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle a variety of customer inquiries in-person and over the phone, provide account support, process payments, and ensure accurate account maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer phone inquiries
  • Process account updates
  • Assist customers with account needs
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer data in the system
  • Work rotating weekends (one month on/one month off)
  • File applications and other related documents
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer and data entry proficiency
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Must be dependable and able to work required schedule
