We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with Microsoft Office experience. This role includes handling customer calls, processing orders, data entry, and providing general administrative support while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
- Process and manage orders through phone, email, and online portals
- Organize invoices for processing and payment
- Print UPS shipping labels and prepare shipping documents
- Schedule freight shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate order entry and customer records
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
