Call Center Representative – $16.50/hr | Remote After Training
Auburn, MA | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Start in-office—go remote after training!
Join a growing team as a Call Center Representative, where you’ll deliver top-notch service and support to customers over the phone. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow, we want to hear from you!

Schedule:

  • Training: Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (on-site)
  • Regular Shift: Mon–Fri | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (1 month on, 1 month off)
  • Overtime: Occasionally offered (voluntary)

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer inbound customer calls
  • Assist with account updates & inquiries
  • Process applications & customer correspondence
  • Meet performance & attendance standards

You Bring:

  • Excellent phone & communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Basic computer/data entry skills
  • Professional attitude & punctuality

Must be able to commute to Auburn, MA for training
