As a Front Desk Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll be the friendly face that welcomes our walk-in patrons. You'll assist them with, account updates, application processing, and more. What You'll Do:

• Be an essential part of daily operations, assisting the Associate Supervisor.
• Help customers with account maintenance, including changes and adjustments.
• Ensure everything runs smoothly by meeting corporate standards and deadlines.
• Keep our files neat and accurate.
• Open and close the office when needed.
• Help reduce our production backlog by processing web applications, emails, and other tasks.
• Handle various tasks like payments and transfers.
• Cash out and prepare deposits at the end of your shift.
• Participate in a weekend rotation for a bit of variety!
• Take on other fun and engaging tasks as directed by management.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Flexibility in your schedule to adapt to our needs.
• Excellent phone, data entry, and customer service skills.
• Great interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly and positively adapt to new projects.
• A professional demeanor with patrons and team members.
• A strong attendance record.

Education:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
