Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to provide quality customer service to our clients.
  • Ability to handle large quantities of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Actively engage and educate clients about our products and services.
  • Accurately input customer data.
  • Ability to multi task.
  • Willingness to learn and train in new programs.
  • Processes mail as needed.

 

 

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 0 – 2 years in a customer service based environment.
  • Must have basic computer skills.
  • Must pass a computer skill assessment.
  • Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Must be comfortable on the phone.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Call center experience is a plus but not required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus but not required.
  • Compensation is $13 to $14 an hour. Schedule is Monday through Friday with ability to choose an 8:00am to 4:30pm shift or an 8:30am to 5:00pm shift. No weekends!
