What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and refine all cost accounting processes, including analysis, reporting, and forecasting
- Support month-end and year-end close, including general ledger oversight
- Prepare and deliver financial statements, variance analysis, and operational reporting
- Partner with leadership to provide insights on cost drivers, margins, and performance
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll accounting, and cash management
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Support audits and external reporting requirements
- Manage and develop a small accounting team
