Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join this growing Construction firm. AVERAGE TENURE is 10 years!!! The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to Project Managers, handle office tasks, and ensure the smooth running of daily project operations.

 

Daily duties and responsbilities include:

- Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.

- Coordinate projects by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

- Transcribe documents accurately and efficiently.

- Provide clerical support by maintaining database and reporting.

- Assist with office tasks using various software applications.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- Proven experience (5+ years) as an Administrative Assistant in the Construction field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite.

- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to coordinate projects effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with Bluebeam is a plus!
