The Collections Specialist is responsible for managing the collections activity of the clients assigned to him/her. As a part of the Collections team, works to identify and resolve any issues that may delay payment. The Collections Specialist is responsible for working delinquent accounts, recording payments and maintaining accounts receivable
records and preparing reports on current findings/actions taken for all assigned accounts.
