A dynamic, fast-growing FinTech start-up is seeking a Client Success Manager to join one of their fastest-growing teams! Supporting the post-sale customer experience, the Client Manager will work with a diverse multinational client base across various industries and geographic areas!
- Demonstrating on-going value in driving client delivery and happiness, acting as a trusted adviser
- Identify and work with sales on opportunities for account expansion.
- Discover customer pain points, advocate for them internally and work collaboratively with the sales, product and data teams to achieve customer success goals and contribute to overall company objectives.
- Conduct account reviews, risk assessment and due diligence while developing the renewal strategy
- Negotiate renewal contracts and effectively close renewal transactions,
- Accurately forecast renewal opportunities and close dates.
