Client Service Representative
Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and reliable support our clients depend on. Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing incoming calls and emails with professionalism and care
- Resolving customer issues promptly with a solutions-first attitude
- Coordinating service schedules and orders accurately
- Maintaining customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery

Location: Westborough, MA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | Rotating Saturday (every 9 weeks) 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
