Now Hiring: Claims Representative – Insurance
Location: Worcester, MA
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full Time
Assignment: Temporary (through April 1, 2026)

Join a dynamic, high-volume insurance team in Worcester! We’re seeking a Claims Representative with previous insurance claims experience to support our operations and provide top-quality service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process and review insurance claims quickly and accurately.

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls from policyholders, providers, and partners.

  • Investigate and resolve claim issues while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

  • Deliver professional and friendly customer support in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 6 months of insurance claims experience (any type)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Detail-oriented with good computer and data entry skills

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

This is a full-time, temporary opportunity through April 1, 2026 — perfect for someone looking to gain more experience in the insurance industry and work with a great team!
