Review and process insurance claims accurately and efficiently
Communicate with policyholders, agents, and internal teams as needed
Investigate claim details and verify documentation
Maintain organized records and documentation in compliance with company policies
Provide excellent customer service while adhering to timelines and quality standards
Any insurance claims experience is acceptable (auto, health, property, casualty, or other)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
