Call Center Representative – Temporary Assignment
Location: Downtown Worcester, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Assignment Duration: November 2024 – January 31, 2025
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour (includes daily parking stipend; base rate $17.75/hour)
About the Opportunity
We’re hiring reliable, customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join our onsite team in Worcester for a seasonal assignment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment while supporting customers during our busiest time of year.
All candidates will complete a brief skills assessment — no interview required! Those selected will participate in a single training class starting in November 2024.
What You’ll Do
- Manage 50–60 inbound calls per day in a fast-paced environment
- Provide friendly, accurate, and timely customer support
- Record call details and complete necessary follow-ups
- Collaborate with teammates while maintaining individual productivity
- Follow established procedures and meet performance goals
What We’re Looking For
- Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience required
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a phone-based, seated environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to appl
