We are currently looking for a Business Development Representativefor our Worcester, MA office to reach out to companies with hiring needs and generate interest in using our staffing services. This is a pure prospecting role to set up appointment with our experience Recruiters and close the deal!

Responsibilities:

  • Generate business through proactive outreach to new customers via cold calling and strategic email campaigns
  • Quickly develop value-based business relationships with potential clients
  • Identify client needs and requirements
  • Schedule an appointment or phone call with a Recruiting Director
  • Research, qualify, manage and track leads and related sales activities
  • Function competently and competitively in a fast paced environment that requires research and time management skills
  • Meet established goals for calls and client contacts.
