- Generate business through proactive outreach to new customers via cold calling and strategic email campaigns
- Quickly develop value-based business relationships with potential clients
- Identify client needs and requirements
- Schedule an appointment or phone call with a Recruiting Director
- Research, qualify, manage and track leads and related sales activities
- Function competently and competitively in a fast paced environment that requires research and time management skills
