The Branch Manager oversees the operation of the assigned branch office, leads, organizes and directs all inside and outside sales, branch functions and business development activities in order to achieve growth, excellent customer service and profitability for the bank. In this role, you will continuously work to motivate and coach your branch team to ensure the successful development and performance of all employees in the areas of customer experience, sales goals and leadership. The Branch Manager is accountable for customer retention as well as growth of the branch and its team. Responsibilities include exercising administrative control over the function of the office; with primary emphasis on sales and community involvement.
Enhances Company image through friendly, pro-active customer-driven servicing of their needs in support of the goal of exceeding customer expectations. Exceptional, friendly, upbeat, customer service skills with outgoing personality.

Directs and coordinates branch activities personally or through branch staff.
Participates in community activities to enhance public awareness of the bank and to leave a positive impression of the bank.
Ability to effectively communicate courteously and professionally, both written and oral.
PC proficient

Duties and Responsibilities include:

New business development
Involvement in Community
Ability to interact with customers, branch staff, company staff and bank officers
Thorough knowledge of bank procedures
Thorough knowledge of bank products and services
Participate in the development and execution of product plans
Review all new accounts for accuracy and legitimacy
Schedule Branch Staff
Establish/coordinate remote capture process for business customers
Thorough knowledge of banking
Strong problem solving ability
Strong knowledge of teller operations, cash and ATM procedures
PC literate
Strong ability to conduct relationships with customers in a manner that will enhance the overall marketing effort of the bank
Accuracy with figures, processing and balancing procedures
Timely, efficient and excellent customer service
Overall branch operations knowledge with ability to resolve complex problems effectively
Timely and accurate review of reports
Timely submission of required reporting, as assigned
Protect bank assets
Maintaining cash and vault security
Staff development and training
Conduct regular self audits in your assigned branch.
Compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Maintain current knowledge of applicable Federal regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act and Know Your Customer principles.
Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with Company and regulatory standards, policies and practices; report control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss events.
Perform other duties as required or as assigned.
