Job Summary: The Assurance Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and executing assurance engagements for privately owned companies across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Management:

   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

   • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during assurance engagements.

2. Engagement Management:

   • Plan, coordinate, and execute assurance engagements in accordance with professional standards and firm policies.
   • Lead audit teams, ensuring that engagements are completed on time and within budget.
   • Review and finalize audit workpapers, financial statements, and other deliverables.
   • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality control standards.

3. Technical Expertise:

   • Stay current with industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes.
   • Provide technical guidance and support to audit teams.
   • Identify and communicate areas of risk and improvement opportunities to clients.

4. Team Leadership:

   • Mentor and develop audit staff, providing regular feedback and coaching.

Qualifications:

• CPA designation is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Experience working with privately owned companies across various industries.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and relevant regulatory requirements.
