Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:00pm
(Must be available Monday–Friday between 6:45am–7:15pm and alternating Saturdays 8:45am–1:15pm when hours change)
We’re seeking a hands-on, people-oriented Associate Supervisor to oversee a busy customer service center in Ludlow, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who’s ready to take the next step into leadership.
The Associate Supervisor will support daily operations, lead and coach a small team, and ensure exceptional customer service for walk-in visitors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with both customers and staff.
Supervise day-to-day front-line customer service operations.
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to team members.
Ensure service standards and performance metrics are met consistently.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Manage account setup, updates, payments, and documentation.
Prepare reports and assist with scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and audits.
Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized work environment.
Assist with interviewing and performance reviews.
1–2 years of customer service experience, with some team lead or supervisory exposure preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Comfortable working in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
Reliable, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Stable full-time schedule with daytime hours
