Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year + 10% Bonus

We’re seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join a newly acquired manufacturing operation in Brockton, MA. This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to build and guide a growing accounting team, establish financial processes, and partner closely with senior leadership.

Oversee all accounting functions including payroll, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting analyses.
Conduct advanced financial forecasting and variance analysis to support business decisions.
Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures in compliance with GAAP.
Manage, train, and mentor a growing accounting team (2–3 staff once fully built out).
Coordinate audits, tax filings, and other regulatory reporting.
Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and internal control in all accounting processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, manufacturing cost accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
CPA a plus, but not required.
$90K–$100K salary depending on experience
10% annual bonus
