Job Description

Accounts Payable Specialist 
$25–$28/hr (flex for strong candidates) | Worcester, MA

Seeking a dependable AP Specialist to handle high-volume invoice processing in a laid-back, family-owned, multi-location environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Process 1,000–1,200 invoices monthly
  • Allocate expenses across multiple locations and GL accounts
  • Enter invoices through PO and AP systems
  • Manage approvals via SharePoint and follow up with departments
  • Handle vendor communication (invoice requests, questions)
  • Assist with light admin/reception backup as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Experience with high-volume processing
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly (CDK, SharePoint)
  • Comfortable working independently and on a team

Schedule:

  • M–F, flexible start time between 7AM–9AM (8-hour day)
