Overview:
A well-established and growing healthcare organization in the Needham area is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable and Payroll Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing for multi-state employees using ADP

• Oversee accounts payable operations including invoice processing, vendor management, and payments

• Ensure payroll and AP processes comply with company policies and government regulations

• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues and support audits

• Prepare and review payroll and AP reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Recommend process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency

• Provide training and guidance to junior staff or those assisting with AP or payroll tasks

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in payroll and accounts payable, ideally in a healthcare setting

• Proficiency with ADP (Workforce Now preferred)

• Strong understanding of multi-state payroll regulations

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proven ability to manage deadlines and maintain confidentiality

• Strong Excel skills and experience working with accounting software
