One of the area's most prestigious law firms is seeking a PT Litigation Paralegal to assist the attorneys with duties during the litigation process.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Excellent writing skills in order to draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs and many other documents needed in preparation for a matter or for court.
  • Assist in depositions, witness preparation, and research. Prepares and handles all exhibits.
  • Attend trials acting as an assistant to the attorney during the court proceedings (when required).
  • Perform routine office duties such as photocopying and scanning documents, and helping prepare them for court filings.
  • Maintain litigation files, reviewing and preparing material for storage or disposal once a case has closed.
  • A high level of organization with a great attention to detail.
  • Keep all documents readily available for retrieval either from electronic files or from stored records.


Ideal candidates must have:

  • 3-5 years’ litigation experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A high level of organization with great attention to detail.
