IT Admin/Helpdesk/Support

Partnership Employment is looking for an IT Support Technician local to the Westchester/Fairfield County area.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong customer support background and will be able to work alongside a variety of different groups within the business. The IT Support Technician must be comfortable troubleshooting a variety of issues in high pressure/fast paced environments. Additionally, this candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications Include:

  • Strong knowledge of PC hardware
  • Strong experience troubleshooting hardware, software and mobile devices
  • Ability to install, repair, configure and maintain all office hardware (including network connectivity issues and operating systems)
  • Experience with Windows 7 &10
  • Excellent communication/ Customer Service skills (via e-mail, phone, in-person, and remote)
  • Experience with any ticketing system
  • A+ Certification is preferred
