We are currently seeking an accomplished direct-hire recruiter, experienced in full-desk recruiting, sales, and client management. In addition to supporting our active and existing permanent staffing business, this individual will be responsible for building a large network and book of business, working symbiotically with our growing consulting business.

We are considering candidates specialized in the areas of Accounting/Finance, Administrative Services/HR, IT, or Supply Chain/Logistics to join our experienced team!


· Create sales plan, target client lists, and revenue forecasts

· Consistently execute on sales cycle including call planning, client visits, and the implementation of various other marketing strategies

· Focus on developing quality, long-lasting relationships with prospects, clients, and candidates

· Create and implement comprehensive candidate recruitment and data base management practices

· Responsible for sourcing candidates through skilled searches, and the utilization of the firms various sourcing and advertising resources

· Full life-cycle candidate recruiting, including high levels of consultation throughout, including job presentation, interview preparation, detailed post-interview debriefing, contract negotiation, and securing successful job offers/acceptances

· Manage clients and candidates within Bullhorn database

· Collaborate with team members daily to encourage best practices, and to explore and create potential opportunities


· 2+ years of full desk sales and recruiting experience

· Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, while also contributing as a team-player

· Passion for creating strong relationships based on trust, performance and a high level of communication

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Collaborative and consultative sales and work style

· Goal driven with a strong desire to grow a big business
