|We have an immediate temp to hire opening for an Administrative Meetings Coordinator to provide principal support to the Chief Event Strategy Officer (CESO) and assists Meetings department staff in administrative phases of project management, budget management, scheduling, and logistics publishing activities for the Society’s meetings. |
The responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator include maintaining the CESO’s calendar, take and distribute minutes of meetings and conference calls, preparing invoices and check requests for approval and signature, maintaining financial documentation, assistance with responses to financial inquiries and reconciling expenses, and assisting with budget development and management. Additionally, this role will coordinate preparation and compilation of meeting materials for internal and external meetings and conference calls.
The ideal candidate will have a background in meeting planning and supporting an Executive leader within a non-profit organization.
