Required experience:

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in a high volume call center
  • Must be customer focused with superior customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office – Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • Maintain and update customer records including personal & billing information
  • Acting liaison between medical professionals and insurance companies
  • Manage medical supplies ensuring they are delivered in a timely fashion
  • Must be articulate with the ability to speak to medical professionals
