Customer Service Representative:

  • High volume- 100+ calls daily
  • Assisting with customers registration
  • Different shifts available
  • Extensive Training included

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience required, preferably in a call center
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong language and grammar skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Quick learning; able to grasp new ideas quickly
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Flexible on hours/shifts preferred
