Established growing company is seeking a Human Resource Manager with that brings experience in payroll.  Looking for a leader that can help shape the company from inside and out.....

What would you do:
  • Oversee new hire onboarding and enrollments
  • Manage and responsible for reconciliations, corporate benefit invoices, etc. and additional employee deductions missed
  • File and oversee weekly, monthly and quarterly tax deposits and returns
  • Play integral process in transitioning to company wide time and attendance implementation
  • Assist hiring managers in all aspects of company marketing, outreach and HR development
  • Evolve HR role to a more of an ongoing marketing campaign for employee recruitment
  • Review and approve weekly payroll process, including entry as needed
  • Construction industry experience
  • HR (onboarding, benefits, recruiting & tracking, identify between sick or FMLA)
  • Marketing (marketing the companies changing culture to current & prospective employees)
  • Accounting (job cost payroll, calculate cost if employee is out of work, manage time & attendance system)
  • Soft skills (organized, insight & input, action oriented, common sense, willingness to do multiple roles, ambitious, high D-dominant- personality)
