Job Summary

In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls from our customers assisting them through the open enrollment process and signing up for health insurance. NO SALES! Wonderful, relaxed, fun, upbeat work environment. They even offer standing desks if you so choose.

Qualifications

  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous call center experience is required.
  • Good typing and computer skills are imperative.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Employment is contingent upon a drug screening and employee background check.
