Our client is an affiliate of UMass Medical School! This is your opportunity to join this dynamic company now! We're looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our growing Customer Service Team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for clients of this rapidly growing company.You will be responsible for providing world class customer service by assisting customers, answering questions and troubleshooting minor issues. The types of calls will include, but are not limited to basic program information, enrollment status, and assistance with the application process. The responsibilities require a strong emphasis on PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDANCE.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include:

  • Screen calls to assure proper routing
  • Answer incoming telephone calls quickly, courteously, and professionally
  • Analyzing and diagnosing customer problems and providing solutions

· Strong customer service skills including the ability to relate well to diverse populations and to represent the program professionally to all callers at all times

· Ability to thoroughly comprehend a variety of subject matter in order to handle a wide variety of inquiries from callers in a timely and accurate manner

· Sound judgment and discretion required in order to make appropriate and efficient use of call escalation procedures

· Accurate typing / data entry and information tracking skills at a minimum proficiency of 40 words per minute

· Written communication skills that will provide clear and thorough documentation correspondence and action(s) taken

· Computer Literacy including basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; proficiency with Access is a plus
