Our Westborough based Client currently has an opening for customer service representatives. ONGOING TRAINING IS PROVIDED!!

In this role, you will be supporting in the administration of their various conservation programs. Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.  They will display an out-going demeanor and high degree of professionalism with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and be flexible to ongoing changes.  Additional administrative duties may be required. 

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as primary contact for assigned programs maintaining a knowledge base of program rules and requirements
  • Staffing escalation group to address and resolve customer service issues escalated from reviewing incoming follow-up documentation with a strong attention to detail to verify for compliance within program requirements
  • Making outbound follow up calls to customers regarding submissions to acquire documentation 

Job Requirements

  • Proficient PC and data base skills.
  • Data entry experience, including both keyboard and keypad proficiency
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in energy efficiency and conservation
  • Ability to organize and diligently follow-up on issues to an acceptable resolution.
  • Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proven professional telephone skills with the ability to answer a high volume of incoming calls.
