Call Center Supervisor Role:

  • Manage a team of 10-12 Call Center Representatives (CCR) from 3:00pm-11:30pm and 11:00pm – 7:30am
  • Hire, coach and provide training to CCR to maintain high customer service standards
  • Second level support for calls which need Supervisory assistance
  • Motivate and encourage representatives through positive communication and feedback
  • Insure that staff follows best practices in customer service, and conflict resolution
  • Be available to CCRs - Conduct monthly one-on-one reviews, more often if necessary
  • Provide management with reports relevant to calls, CCR productivity and quality assurance
  • Communicate practice goals to CCR so every employee understands his or her role and their importance
  • Provide coaching and assistance to call center representatives on an ongoing basis 
  • Conduct regular quality assurance check points
