Shift is 10:30am-7pm OR 11:30am-8pm Monday-Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Provide customer service
  • Answer incoming calls while utilizing multiple databases and resources.
  • Process orders, returns, credits and exchanges for customers.
  • Process and file customer correspondence accurately.
  • Prioritize and resolve customer issues.
  • Assist with administrative duties and special projects for multiple departments.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual-Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Professional telephone skills with the ability to answer a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Excellent organizational and proven verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail.
  • High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
  • A professional attitude and a desire to succeed.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • A High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Data Entry Experience
