Account Manager Responsibilities-Near O'Hare

  • Minimum of 4 years Customer Service experience in a high volume, multi-tasking environment
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong problem solving and follow up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and manage deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Inside Sales- Vernon Hills

  • Inside Sales Reps will be supported by high level, hands on training. Inside Sales Reps will be offered excellent benefits package, wellness initiatives, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and job shadow opportunities.

  • Inside Sales Rep will be in this function for one year before finding career advancement.

Inside Sales-Near O'Hare

  • Contacts existing customers to strengthen the relationship, analyzing facts, and developing unique plans to retain and renew each customer.
  • Understands the operations and the solutions available to boost relations with customers.
  • Works closely with appropriate departments as necessary to resolve any issues with existing equipment and contract terms.
  • Understands the features and benefits postage meters and related offerings.
  • Understands the requirements of the rental contracts, promotions, call documentation, quotas, and compensation plan.
  • Documents calls in the Navision Customer Card by entering prospective business contact information, call results, and follow-up plan.
  • Follows up with customers systematically to answer questions and encourage them to close the deal.
  • Secures complete contracts from renewal customers, verifies data for accuracy and completeness, and submits contracts to the Inside Sales Manager for review and processing.
  • Follows up with customers as required to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Prepares detailed reports on cancellation prevention successes.
